    @habiebiee Increase workout intensity (circuit training, exercises that require multiple movements/muscles, lower rest periods)Eat 5-6 meals a day(smaller portions)Make sure you eat breakfastCarbs should be consumed in their simplest form + earlier in the day to allow for maximum time to burn them offLimit/cut out snackingGet a water bottle and drink water throughout the dayIf you adhere to your diet, give yourself one day per week where you can treat yourself food wise but be reasonable

    I think I noticed a small error in your post, shouldn’t it be carbs are to be consumed in their most complex form? (Since complex carbs take longer for your body to transform into fat [in the absence of activity])
